Certified Family Card Translation

The most common cause of family card translation rejection is a name spelling mismatch — the transliterated name in the translation differs from the spelling on the individual's passport. To prevent this, always send us the relevant passport(s) alongside the family card so we can match each member's name exactly as it appears on their travel document. Additionally, ensure that the photo of the family card is taken straight-on (not at an angle), in good light, with no fingers covering text, so every family member's data is fully legible. A certified translation from a licensed office — not a mobile app — is mandatory for all embassy submissions.
