1. Service Agreement

By using the services of our certified translation office, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include certified translation of legal, medical, commercial, and official documents in Saudi Arabia.

2. Certified Translation

All translations are performed by licensed certified translators and include an official stamp and certification statement. Our translations are accepted by government authorities, embassies, courts, and banks in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear, legible copies of documents for translation. Documents must be legally obtained. We reserve the right to decline translation of documents that appear forged or illegally obtained.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

Estimated delivery times are provided upon document review. Delivery times depend on document type, length, language pair, and urgency. Urgent delivery is available at an additional fee.

5. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information provided to us are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information or documents to any third party without explicit consent.

6. Payment

Payment is required before final delivery of translations. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed. Prices are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and may vary based on document complexity.

7. Revision Policy

If your translation is rejected by the requesting authority due to a translation error on our part, we will re-translate the document at no additional charge. Client-side issues (expired documents, discrepancies in source documents) are not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the translation service. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our translations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
